Aplicar conceitos técnicos de engenharia e gestão de produção a fim de proporcionar o aumento da segurança no ambiente fabril, melhoria de qualidade dos produtos e redução dos custos operacionais.

Descrição Detalhada das Atribuições:

Garantir produção seguindo lotes e procedimentos pré determinados

Suporte nas reuniões de TIER/TAD e planos de ação

Análise dos principais indicadores da área

Participar de eventos Kaizen

Suporte em implementação de ferramentas Lean

Suporte nos Calculos, simulações e analises custos de produção

Realizar acompanhamento de fabricação e análise de lotes pilotos

Auxiliar na implementação de novas tecnologias no site

Realizar auditorias internas de processo

Realizar coletas de dados, análises de causa raiz, propor e executar ações corretivas

Identificar potenciais e executar melhorias/otimazação da área

Auxiliar na execução de projetos, comissionamentos e start-ups de equipamentos

Elaborar e revisar procedimentos operacionais e instruções de trabalho/processo

Simular processos em laboratório visando análises de causa raiz de problemas

Criar e realizar treinamentos operacionais

Suportar o sistema de qualidade e EHS e suas respectivas ferramentas

Estabelecer ações de contenção para problemas de qualidade

Requisitos Obrigatórios

• Superior completo em Engenharia Química (Preferencial), Produção ou Industrial
• Desejável experiência em funções similares.
• Desejável inglês avançado.
• Excelente comunicação e habilidades interpessoais.
• Habilidades para resolver problemas.
