Position Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Event Staff members to assist with promotional events, attendee engagement, and event operations. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying active, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, including arranging displays, signage, tables, and promotional materials.

• Welcome attendees and provide helpful information about event activities.

• Support promotional initiatives and customer engagement activities.

• Distribute informational materials and explain featured products or services.

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional event space.

• Coordinate with team members to ensure event activities run smoothly.

• Monitor supplies and notify supervisors when additional materials are needed.

• Assist with event breakdown, packing, and storage after activities conclude.
