For our Montreux office, we are looking for an

Event Technician

to start as soon as possible. You will be responsible for the technical planning, execution, and support of high-quality events. Together with the team, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly on-site and that the highest quality standards are met.

Your Responsibilities

• Technical planning, management, and execution of high-quality events
• Setup, teardown, and operation of modern event and media technology
• Preparing quotes, coordinating with external service providers, and planning logistics
• Working closely with the hotel team and the end client on-site
• Ensuring compliance with agreed-upon quality, safety, and service standards
• Setting up and managing conference rooms on-site

What You Bring to the Table

• Completed training as an event technology specialist, event management professional with knowledge of AV media technology, or comparable professional experience
• Customer-oriented and independent work ethic
• Ability to work well in a team and strong communication skills
• Flexibility regarding work hours
• Very good German language skills
• Well-groomed, professional appearance
• Valid driver’s license
