About the role
Events Admin
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
The main responsibility of this role is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of events by providing effective coordination, administrative support, and communication within the department. All responsibilities are carried out in a professional, discreet, accurate, and timely manner, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Skills & Experience Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in the hotel operations.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in order to deal effectively with all business contacts, maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance.
