About the Role

As the Executive Assistant, you will be working full-time and in the office (Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm) supporting our Managing Partner with email, calendar management, communications, office coordination, and day-to-day administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a professional environment, enjoys keeping things running smoothly, and takes pride in being one step ahead. Your focus is entirely on keeping the Managing Partner organized and the office running during business hours.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle day-one administrative tasks that include: office supply ordering, lunch and catering coordination, vendor coordination, expense logging, and routine bill payments.
  • Support small internal projects assigned by the Managing Partner or leadership.
  • Responsible for calendar management — scheduling, conflict resolution, reminders, and meeting preparation.
  • Manage email triage and drafting responses on behalf of the Managing Partner.
  • Maintain an ongoing communication log to keep the team informed of upcoming prospect meetings, client meetings, and key calendar events relevant to project status.

About You

  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, EA, or office coordinator role.
  • Experience supporting a C-Suite executive or senior partner.
  • Background in professional services, CPA firm, law firm, or financial services is preferred.
  • Familiarity with expense tracking or bill pay platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 — Outlook (calendar and email management is central to this role), Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possesses strong organizational skills, attention to detail and is proactive and discreet.
  • Maintains a professional demeanor as a representative of the firm.
  • Strong emotional intelligence.
