About the role
About Nox Metals. American factories deserve a supply chain that moves as fast as they do. Nox Metals is building it, along with the tools that run it. We’re a technology company with operations in Metro Detroit and Los Angeles, supplying aluminum plate, bar, and rounds to aerospace and defense manufacturers. We use software and automation to supply metal to American factories faster than the industry thought possible.
The role. We’re hiring an Executive Assistant to protect the executive team’s time, attention, and follow-through. You will manage complicated schedules, travel, meetings, communications, and details so leaders arrive prepared and the company’s priorities keep moving.
The right person anticipates what is needed, handles sensitive information with care, and brings order to a fast-changing environment without adding unnecessary process.
You will:
Own complex calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts thoughtfully
Coordinate domestic travel, itineraries, and last-minute changes
Prepare executives for meetings with the right context and materials
Organize leadership meetings, capture decisions, and track follow-up
Draft and manage selected correspondence with discretion
Process expenses and maintain accurate administrative records
Coordinate visitors, interviews, events, and executive logistics
Build simple systems that make recurring work easier
Notice missing details early and solve them before they become problems
Handle confidential company and personnel information appropriately
You are:
Exceptionally organized and attentive to detail
Proactive and able to anticipate needs without constant direction
Calm, resourceful, and professional when plans change
A strong written and verbal communicator
Trusted with sensitive information and sound in judgment
Comfortable balancing urgency with importance
Service-oriented without being passive
Reliable, responsive, and committed to closing loops
Nice to have:
Experience supporting founders or senior executives
Experience in a high-growth, manufacturing, or operations-heavy company
Experience coordinating work across multiple locations
Comfort using modern productivity and AI tools responsibly
Benefits:
Equity in Nox Metals
Company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance
This role is full time, in person in either Los Angeles or Detroit, Michigan.
