Executive Officer II (Patient Relations and Engagement)

Pay	:	HK$ 38,290 to HK$67,526 (HGPS Point 15 to 27) per month including Monthly Allowance Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Job

1. Handle public complaints against the services of HA hospitals (including investigation, collection/compilation of information/records and drafting of replies).

2. Liaise with hospital patient relations offices on management of complaint cases.

3. Provide support to HA complaint hotline.

4. Provide executive and secretarial support to committees, trainings and projects on patient relations and engagement.

5. Supervise a team of clerical staff to perform office administrative work in various areas such as departmental budget management, procurement and office general administration.

6. Perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

1. A university degree or equivalent.

2. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Preferable Attributes/Exposure

1. Experience in complaint management and related fields.

2. Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.

3. Be able to work under pressure and meet tight work schedule independently.

4. Competence in problem solving, decision making and quality management.
