  • Build REST APIs, middleware services, and data transformation workflows
  • Configure and maintain ELK Stack pipelines, dashboards, monitoring, and alerting
  • Create secure, scalable data exchanges between IAM, ServiceNow, and observability platforms
  • Troubleshoot complex cross-system integration issues and production incidents
  • Develop technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks
  • Collaborate with security, engineering, architecture, and product teams in an Agile environment

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience or 9 years with a Highschool degree
  • 5 years of experience in integration engineering, API development, or middleware development
  • 2+ years of experience with IAM or identity platforms such as ID.me, Okta, ForgeRock, or Ping Identity
  • Experience developing ServiceNow integrations and workflows
  • Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) pipelines and dashboards
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/XML, web services, and API security
  • Experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel) and their integration with ELK-based pipelines
  • Strong UI/Usability experience
  • Experience with OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, JWT, and federated identity architectures
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/Node.js, Java, PowerShell, or Shell scripting
  • Familiarity with NIST, FISMA, FedRAMP, and federal security compliance frameworks
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required agency clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow, Elastic, Security+, CISSP, or cloud certifications
  • Experience with MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Workato, or other iPaaS platforms
