Responsibilities

• Represent Catch Vibe Voice professionally during in-person customer interactions.

• Engage with prospective customers and introduce relevant products, services, or solutions.

• Identify customer needs through effective questions and active listening.

• Deliver clear, persuasive, and professional sales presentations.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and prospects.

• Follow up on sales opportunities and maintain organized customer information.

• Work toward individual and team sales goals.

• Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve sales strategies and performance.

• Maintain strong knowledge of company offerings and current sales initiatives.

• Provide feedback regarding customer needs, questions, and market opportunities.
