About the role
- Support all pre-opening financial setup, including systems, chart of accounts, banking structure, and financial workflows
- Oversee all hotel accounting functions including accounts payable, receivable, payroll coordination, general ledger, and financial reporting
- Prepare monthly financial statements, forecasts, and annual budgets, maintaining accurate and transparent P&L reporting
- Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting, ensuring alignment with hotel operations and ownership expectations
- Act as a key business partner to the General Manager and department leaders, providing financial insight to support operational decision-making
- Establish and enforce internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard assets and ensure compliance
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and daily cash positioning for the property
- Oversee billing, collections, and credit processes, and ensure accurate revenue reporting through night audit oversight and balance sheet reconciliations
- Manage all brand-related financial obligations, including fees, reporting, and compliance requirements
