Join Carlson's Floor Care Team

Looking for a hands-on job where you can work independently and see the results of your work every day? Carlson is hiring a Floor Care Technician in Algonquin, IL to help maintain clean, safe, and professional commercial facilities.

Location: Algonquin, IL

Pay: $16.00 per hour

• Weekly Pay Every Friday

Schedule: 33.5 hours per week

• Must be available to work a consistent 7-day schedule
• Shift hours fall between 5:30 AM and 10:19 PM

What You'll Do

• Clean and maintain hard floors and carpets
• Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, vacuums, and other equipment
• Perform general cleaning, including restrooms and common areas
• Follow safety procedures and proper equipment usage
• Report equipment issues and supply needs
• Keep work areas organized and professional

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Cleaning or floor care experience preferred, but not required
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Able to lift up to 45 pounds and operate cleaning equipment
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
