Feladata:

  • Gépi és kézi forgácsológépek/eszközök (eszterga, marógép, köszörű, fúrógép, csiszoló, fűrész, hegesztő berendezés) üzemeltetése,kezelése.

  • CNC gépekre megmunkálóprogramok létrehozása manuálisan.

  • Alkatrészrajzok és CNC programok alapján munkadarabok önálló legyártása a leggazdaságosabb anyagfelhasználást, gép és szerszámkihasználtságot, legrövidebb gyártási időt figyelembe véve.

  • Az elkészült munkadarabok mérése, a specifikációknak, rajzoknak,utasításoknak való megfelelés ellenőrzése.

  • Az elkészült munkadarabokból komplett szerkezetek, részegységek összeszerelése, beállítása.

  • A megmunkálásokhoz szükséges gépek, szerszámok, segédanyagok, alapanyagok, mérőeszközök rendjének, meglétének, pontos leltárállapotának, karbantartottságának biztosítása.

  • Az automatizálási csapat támogatása a tervezési, kivitelezési, beállítási, telepítési folyamatokban.

Elvárásaink:

  • gépi forgácsoló szakmunkás végzettség

  • vagy műszaki technikusi végzettség

  • CNC forgácsoló, programozó végzettség

  • felhasználói szintű számítógépes ismeret (Excel, Word),

  • pontosság, műszaki beállítottság

  • jó kommunikációs- problémamegoldó-, konfliktus kezelő képesség.

Előnyt jelent:

  • Termelési tapasztalat

  • CAD/CAM rendszerek ismerete

  • felsőfokú végzettség.
