About the role

AOC is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Formulator to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. As a Formulator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our production processes. You will work closely with other team members to monitor and control the production process, troubleshoot issues, and maintain equipment. Your attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures will be critical to ensuring the quality and consistency of our products.

• Able to drive the forklift

• Know, Follow, and Understand all company, job, and safety procedures, training, and policies for the following; but not limited to: ISO procedures (to maintain quality and customer satisfaction), On the Job Training, DOT, OSHA, EPA, and SDS for right to know.

• Safely conduct operations and identify and report any potential safety hazards to a Shift Leader, HS&E Coordinator, or other management personnel.

• Wear all required personal protective equipment;

• Maintain a clean, “tour-ready” work area.

• Able to work 12 hour rotating shifts

• Work overtime as required to support the continuity of operations at the plant.

• Perform any other related duties as directed by the Operations Leader or the Production Shift Leader.

• Transfers formulated products to drums, labels, and completes required paperwork.

• Gains understanding of production schedule and processes of how it relates to work assignments & special instructions.

• Able to see computer screen information and perform accurate keyboarding to perform this job.
