Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
• Manage and schedule appointments and meetings, maintaining an organized calendar.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages accurately and timely.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Front Office Representative, Receptionist, or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
