Requirements

• Reliable non-Chromebook computer (Windows 11 or macOS 12+ or newer, produced within the last five years) with a second monitor.
• Minimum of 8GB RAM
• Internet speeds of at least 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload, and 0% packet loss
• Successful completion of all necessary background checks. .
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, time-management, and documentation skills
• Professional work attitude and a willingness to learn
• Experience working in Microsoft and Google systems preferred
• Tech-savvy
• Dedicated space to work from with minimal background noise during calls and online meetings
• Robust Wi-Fi and a reliable computer
• Successful completion of all necessary background checks
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work autonomously and on a team
• Aptitude for problem-solving based on established processes and procedures
• Meticulous habits in logging interactions via established business processes and tools
• Ability to learn and become knowledgeable about customer products and services
• Demonstrably effective soft skills, active listening skills, and ability to empathize with customers' needs

Eligibility & Employment Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age and reside in the United States. Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to legally work in the United States. Must be willing and able to clear all required background checks as a condition of employment.
