Job summary:
As an Executive Director on the Euro Swaps Trading Desk, you will play a key role in shaping trading strategies and driving our success. You will independently own the development and implementation of trading approaches, actively engage with clients, and deliver market intelligence to stakeholders. You will partner with other traders and team members to build high-quality trading pipelines and deliver insights that shape our strategy. Your ability to build trusted relationships, combined with strong analytical and decision-making skills, will be essential to your success.

Job responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with the client base to facilitate business
  • Develop and implement trading strategies to optimise management of risk
  • Collaborate with other traders and team members to share insights and strategies
  • Price and risk manage Euro Swaps positions, ensuring accurate valuation and effective risk mitigation

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Proven long-term experience in trading Euro Swaps markets
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex market data
  • Excellent decision-making abilities
  • Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience in developing innovative trading strategies
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements for trading activities
