About the role

Charbonneau Golf Club, located in Wilsonville, OR, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Greenskeeper! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensation:
$18.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general landscape maintenance using handheld equipment
  • Rake and maintain sand bunkers
  • Operate small machinery to assist with edging, trimming and mowing
  • Prepare soil beds for sod, seed and vegetative material
  • Assist with tasks related to course detail including weed and debris clean up
  • Assist with golf course set-up procedures
  • Operate utility vehicles for hauling material and removing debris
  • Perform skilled duties related to experience (pruning, plugging, etc.)
  • Operate equipment safely and remain aware of associates and their respective work areas
  • Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
  • Perform other duties as required
Minimum Qualifications:
  • One month of related experience or training
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Regular and reliable attendance
