Duties and responsibilities related to the Guest Relations Host/ess role
Greet guests and assist with requests throughout their stay, from arrival through to departure.
Act as a key point of contact for guest enquiries, requests and service recovery needs.
Review daily arrival reports and communicate VIP information to relevant teams.
Support arrival and departure experiences by acting as Lobby Host/ess when required.
