Guest Service Agent

Job Description

• Welcome and warmly assist guests upon arrival, throughout their stay, and at departure.
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Provide information about resort facilities, services, activities, and local attractions.
• Attend to guest requests, inquiries, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and personalized guest experiences.
• Handle guest accounts, payments, and related documentation accurately.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper communication of guest preferences and requests.
• Promote resort services, activities, and upselling opportunities where appropriate.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism, following service recovery procedures.
• Maintain a high standard of hospitality, grooming, and professional conduct at all times.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, or a similar hospitality role in a remote setting is an advantage.
• Good command of English; proficiency in Mandarin, French, or German language is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Guest-focused, friendly, and service-oriented personality.
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a multicultural environment.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and hotel/resort systems.
