Guest Services Team

Do you want to help create a safe, welcoming, and excellent experience for everyone who comes to Shepherd Church? We are looking for a Guest Services Team Member who will support our parking efforts, worship services, and weekend operations. This role is a hands-on, team-oriented opportunity to serve others!

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team
• Comfortable working outdoors, being on your feet for 6-7 hours, and assisting with physical setup/tear-down, including moving signs, cones, stanchions, and other supplies
• Ability to respond appropriately to safety concerns, incidents, and unexpected situations
• Must be able to work weekend services and occasional special events
• Valid CA Driver's License

Position Details

• Non-Exempt, Hourly, Part-Time position
• Schedule: Primarily requires weekend hours (Saturday from 12pm - 8:30pm and Sunday from 7:30am - 2:00pm). Some hours during the week or for special events, as assigned.
