Duties and responsibilities related to the Head Chef role

• Lead the day-to-day kitchen operations of NYnLON, ensuring exceptional standards of food quality, consistency, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

• Work closely with the Executive Head Chef to deliver the restaurant's culinary vision, seasonal menu offerings, and brand standards.

• Supervise and support the NYnLON kitchen team, fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performing working environment.

• Oversee food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating standards, ensuring consistency in taste, quality, and presentation throughout every service.

• Assist with menu development, recipe implementation, and the introduction of new dishes while maintaining the restaurant's New York-inspired identity.
