About the role

NBSC Mackellar Girls Campus is a comprehensive girls’ secondary campus with an enrolment of 1019 students. The school maintains high expectations for student success, valuing academic excellence while encouraging students to engage in a broad range of cultural, physical and social learning opportunities. These experiences challenge and develop students in a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment, striving towards our four core values of participation, resilience, compassion and integrity.

As one of five campuses within Northern Beaches Secondary College, students benefit from access to an extensive range of enrichment opportunities and curriculum pathways. The school community is culturally diverse, with 30% of students coming from language backgrounds other than English, including Chinese, Tibetan, German, Italian and Spanish.

The school’s culture of aspiration and achievement is underpinned by a commitment to developing independent, resourceful, and respectful young women equipped with the personal, social, academic, and technological skills needed to thrive in an ever-changing world.
