What You'll Do

• Operate dozers, loaders, excavators, and other heavy equipment
• Push, move, and manage solid waste materials safely and efficiently
• Load transfer trailers to maximize productivity
• Perform equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Follow site safety procedures and traffic patterns
• Maintain efficient landfill and transfer station operations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of heavy equipment operating experience
• Dozer, loader, excavator, or yellow iron experience required
• Waste, landfill, construction, quarry, or aggregate experience preferred
• Strong safety record and awareness
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
