If so, we invite you to join our team, Halcyon Home is seeking a compassionate, strategic and community-driven Hospice Community Liaison in Temple, TX.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and referral sources
- Educate potential clients about our high-quality, private pay home care services
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth
- Conduct in-home assessments to understand client needs and match them with appropriate care solutions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
- Sales experience in senior care industry is preferred, Hospice Sales experience is a plus!
- Clinicians are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Deep understanding of senior care needs and resources available in Austin
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
