Housekeeping Supervisor - Public Spaces

The Oasis Club at Champions Gate, located in Davenport, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor - Public Spaces! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. • Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet established standards.
• Manage and train housekeeping staff, providing guidance on best practices for cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
• Develop cleaning schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient workflow and coverage throughout the facility.
• Conduct regular inspections of public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
• Implement inventory control measures for cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special requests or events requiring additional housekeeping support.
• Must be able to work days/nights/weekends/holidays.

• Must have 3+ years of resort/ hotel/private club housekeeping experience.
• Must have experience what SDS/ Chemical Safety standards & protocols.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and guests.

• Must be able to work outside in various weather conditions.
• May work near moving mechanical parts or come into contact with toxic or caustic chemicals.
• Noise level is moderate.
