The ideal candidate will be a hands-on HR professional with strong manufacturing experience, exceptional employee relations skills, and the ability to influence leaders at all levels of the organization. Success in this role requires a proactive approach to talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement, leadership development, compliance, retention, and performance management. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring NABRICO continues to attract, develop, and retain top talent while building an environment where employees can thrive and contribute to the organization's success.

If you are passionate about developing people, strengthening culture, and driving business results through strategic human resources leadership, we encourage you to join the NABRICO team.

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives that enhance morale, communication, retention, and overall employee satisfaction.
  • Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, coaching, development planning, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Analyze workforce data and metrics to identify trends and develop actionable solutions that improve organizational effectiveness.

  • Administer compensation, benefits, leave programs, and other employee-related policies and procedures.
  • Promote and reinforce company values while serving as a champion for employee development and organizational culture.
