What You'll Do

• Run residential service calls: no heat, no cool, maintenance, IAQ, and more
• Diagnose issues accurately and clearly explain solutions to homeowners
• Present repair and replacement options based on each customer's needs
• Complete repairs and deliver a 5-star customer experience on every call
• Keep a clean, organized truck and work area
• Participate in an on-call rotation as needed, especially during peak summer and winter seasons

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Clear, professional communication with customers
• EPA 608 Certification, Type II or Universal (required)
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Ability to work in attics and crawlspaces and lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
