Incoming Quality Control Inspector

As an Incoming Quality Control Inspector at MKS Malaysia, you will partner with quality control to performing first detailed inspection of incoming or purged parts, materials, components, assemblies, equipment, and document results. In this role, you will report to the Quality Control Team Lead.

You Will Make an Impact By:

• Coordinates the collection and disposition of purged material
• Determines or assists in determining methods, sequences and procedures necessary for inspection
• Works from written procedures, drawings, sketches and specifications
• Generates Engineering Change Requests to correct drawing issues noted during inspection
• Adapts inspection measuring devices and procedures where necessary

Skills You Bring:

• Completion of high school, vocational training or equivalent is preferred
• 2+ years of related experience
• Requires inspection experience, an understanding of inspection techniques, reading, writing and intermediate mathematical skills and the ability to use specialized equipment, read difficult instructions, maintain written records, interpret and utilize blueprints and engineering drawings
