Inside Sales Representatives - Entry Level

Position Summary: This position is an in office role - Hybrid or Remote work is not available.

As an Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence with our company brands of Snake River Farms, Double R Ranch, St. Helen’s, and Rancho El Oro. You will build strong relationships with clients across the nation to increase sales, profitability, and penetration of Agri Beef brands in key markets. You will also educate and train distributor representatives about our Company and Brands.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with a keen interest in food sales and marketing to start a rewarding career in a fast-paced and growing industry. You will receive comprehensive training and support to develop your skills and succeed in this role.

This role is located at our Agri Beef Corporate Office in Boise, Idaho.

Qualifications:

• Ability to develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Proven track record of being highly motivated and working without immediate supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - no fear of the phone.
• High standard of integrity and valuing being a team player.
• Experience or knowledge of the Boxed Beef industry or background in beef sales is not required for this role – on the job training will be provided.
• Willing and excited about the opportunity to travel throughout the year.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
