What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing a brief understanding of the end-to-end supply chain process in a world-renowned manufacturing company
  • Collaborating with global counterparts (e.g., Germany) and local internal stakeholders (e.g., order management, technical team) to ensure timely delivery of parts to customers in the Asia Pacific region
  • Maintaining engine spare parts inventory through accurate inventory transactions
  • Monitoring and tracking parts availability to support the inventory management department in achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Initiating and contributing to improvements in supply chain processes to enhance logistical efficiency
  • Performing any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Who we’re looking for:

  • University students pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering
  • Team player who takes initiative and values collaboration
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and attention to detail
  • Quick to understand concepts and capable of executing ideas to completion
  • Must be able to work at the Tukang (Jurong) office

Our behaviours drive us - we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference. We’ll expect that of you, too.

What we offer:

  • Meaningful work from day one, with the support to help you succeed
  • A culture that invests in your personal and professional development
  • The chance to grow your skills while working on real projects in a global company

Join us and help create the technologies that will shape tomorrow. If you're ready to learn, grow and make a lasting difference from day one, we'd love to hear from you.

Rolls-Royce are committed to being a respectful, inclusive, and non-discriminatory workplace where individuality is valued, diverse perspectives fuel innovation, and everyone can thrive.
