Job Description

• Plan and execute internal company events and activities that foster team cohesion and reinforce organizational culture.
• Manage reception operations, including visitor reception and correspondence management.
• Maintain office inventory and pantry supplies; coordinate with building management to ensure optimal workplace conditions and resource availability.
• Oversee workplace maintenance and organization by liaising with facilities and support teams.
• Support workplace wellness and safety initiatives by coordinating programs and promoting a secure, healthy workplace culture.
• Coordinate cross-departmental workplace matters, including scheduling, resource allocation, and facility requests, to optimize operational continuity.
• Other tasks assigned by the line manager. 

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or undergraduate in any field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Google sheet or similar tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to handling challenges.
