About the role
● 宿泊予約の受付、変更、キャンセル対応
● 予約システムへの入力・管理、予約内容の確認
● お客様からのお問い合わせ対応
● お客様のニーズに応じた客室・プラン等の提案 等
- Handling room reservation requests, modifications, and cancellations
- Entering and managing reservation information in the reservation system, and verifying reservation details
- Responding to guest inquiries
- Recommending rooms, packages, and other options based on guests’ needs
