- Talent Acquisition Partners
- Talent Business Partners
- Compensation & Benefits Specialists
Talent Acquisition Partners:
- Own end-to-end recruitment and talent sourcing, in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with high-caliber technical and non-technical talent through targeted research, creative sourcing, and personalized outreach.
- Build strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Talent Business Partners:
- Partner with teams across Midas to understand their needs, identify challenges, and turn them into meaningful talent actions.
- Build high-performing teams by shaping decisions around performance, development, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
- Use data, insights, and continuous experimentation to challenge existing practices and build better ways for people to grow and thrive at Midas.
Compensation & Benefits Specialists:
- Shape and continuously improve compensation, benefits, and reward practices through market benchmarking, internal equity analysis, and data-driven insights.
- Ensure payroll, employee records, and people operations run accurately, smoothly, and reliably.
- Build analyses and models that inform compensation, budgeting, and reward decisions across Midas.
