Jr. Supervisor - 2nd shift

As a Jr Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will coordinate and support a team to ensure operational efficiency and meet business objectives. You will assist in overseeing daily activities, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

You will report directly to our ISC Operations Manager and you’ll work out of our Juarez, Mexico location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact team performance and contribute to the achievement of departmental goals by supporting leadership in operational execution and fostering a productive work environment.

• Lead and manage a team to achieve operational and project objectives efficiently.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and team performance.

YOU MUST HAVE
 

• Currently pursuing the final semesters of an Engineering degree or recently graduated in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  1 year of experience in leadership roles managing teams within a technical or operational environment.
  English intermediate (B1).
  Knowledge of basic production KPI’s.
  Ability to drive process improvements and manage project timelines effectively.
  Basic knowledge of reporting tools such as Microsoft Office or similar.
