We are looking for a Junior Backend Engineer to join our Infrastructure team. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers, contribute to the development of scalable backend systems, and gain hands-on experience with modern technologies and large-scale environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain backend services and applications.
• Write clean, reliable, and maintainable code.
• Troubleshoot and debug technical issues.
• Work with experienced engineers on designing and improving backend solutions.
• Collaborate with other development teams to deliver end-to-end features.
• Contribute to reusable components and internal tools.
• Learn and work with modern backend technologies, cloud environments, containers, and distributed systems.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Continuously learn and explore new technologies and development practices.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in backend development, including relevant hands-on industry experience.
• Strong programming and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with at least one backend programming language. Python is a significant advantage.
• Basic understanding of backend development concepts, APIs, databases, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, databases, or cloud environments is an advantage.
• Ability and motivation to learn new technologies quickly.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is an advantage.
• Experience or interest in cybersecurity is an advantage.
