About the role
Work Flexibility: Hybrid
What you will do
- Responsible for assigned ICO month end closing activities and other accounting related tasks.
- Performs accurate and timely preparation of journal entries and relevant supporting documentation.
- Generate reports and other relevant documentation
- Support on deliver performance metrics (KPI´s) to Supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and internal controls to guarantee timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Focus on continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency.
- Maintain documentation of processes and procedures.
- Supports ad-hoc tasks and requests as needed.
What you need
- Technical High School diploma or currently enrolled in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6-12 months of experience in finance and/or accounting activities preferred
- Intermediate Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, macros, charts, and formulas
- English proficiency at a B1+ level
- Experience working with ERP systems preferred
