業務支援-個人金融/Retail Banking (Job Family) (KGIB_SP_RB)Job Description
•負責私人銀行等級的 VIP 客戶來訪前之預約、行程及接待安排，確保各項準備完善。
•負責客戶抵達後之迎賓、引導及接待，提供專業且尊榮的服務體驗。
•協調私人理財中心會議室之安排、迎賓茶飲餐點及其他接待服務。
•掌握客戶來訪流程並與私銀專員及相關單位進行協調，確保服務順暢。
•主動觀察並回應客戶需求，提供細緻且個人化的服務。
•協助執行及優化私人理財旗艦中心之VIP接待流程與服務標準。
•配合私人理財中心重要客戶相關活動及貴賓接待，維護整體品牌形象。
