Lead Associate - Operations

Job Description

• Monthly Closing & Reporting: Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly GL accounting activities, ensuring timely and accurate R2R (Record to Report) delivery.• Journal Entries & Reconciliations: Prepare and review standard and complex journal entries, bank reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.• Balance Sheet Integrity: Conduct balance sheet account reconciliations and analysis to identify discrepancies.• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, develop action plans to mitigate risks, and enhance process efficiency (e.g., SAP or Blackline).• Audit & Compliance: Support internal/external audits by providing documentation and maintaining compliance with company regulations.• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, and FP&A teams for smooth financial operations
