Lead Small Cell Technician - Balch Springs, TX

Job Overview:

Small Cell Technician daily duties include but not limited to:

• Installation, troubleshooting and repair of Small Cell Radios, Antennas, cabling, and power along the public right of way. 
• Form and pour concrete foundations as well as flat work.
• Safely close and re-open traffic lanes to complete work.
• Provide real-time status updates of assigned work.
•  Collect and submit required information and photos of completed work for job closure.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.

 

Requirements:

• Background in RF Installations on towers and/or Small Cell structures

• Proficient with handheld power tools.
• Must be over 21 with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a DOT Physical.
• Must be physically capable of lifting 60lbs and working outdoors in Heat and Cold.
• Must have basic knowledge of electric wiring.
• Previous experience with RF installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Previous bucket truck operation experience a plus.
• Anritsu Certification a plus
• Familiarity with OTDR testing a plus
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Products
