Lead Software Engineer

Job Description

• 7–10 Yrs of hands-on experience in Progress 4gl and related technologies (e.g., AppServer, WebSpeed, PAS for OpenEdge);
• Exposure to Source control systems (Git)
• Exposure to IT service management platforms like ServiceNow; understanding of Incident management, SLA tracking, and Release management. ITSM Certification is a plus.
• Adherence to development standards and best practices
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development and automation concepts, with an interest in applying them to improve engineering efficiency and workflows
• Second and third level technical support to International client base in the financial industry.
• Experience with Visual studio code is a plus.
