About the role
The three-day leadership experience provides:
- Overview of our Company and Careers in Agriculture
- Professional development
- Leadership-focused workshops
- Facility tours
- Networking with industry leaders
- Housing and travel accommodations
Successful Candidates will be at least 18 years of age, enrolled full time in college, and have a passion for agriculture and the swine industry.
Program Highlights:
The 2027 Maschhoff Leadership Experience Externship will be held January 6th through January 8th, 2027. Students will be invited to our Carlye, IL office to participate in a leadership development program. Accommodations will be provided. Travel is reimbursed.
