About the role
The Leasing Representative is responsible for supporting commercial leasing activities by engaging with prospective and current tenants, guiding site selection, and executing lease agreements. This role plays a key part in driving occupancy, revenue growth, and positive tenant experiences across the property portfolio.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Respond to tenant and prospect inquiries and conduct property tours
- Draft, review, and negotiate lease agreements
- Address tenant concerns and coordinate renewals and extensions
- Prepare leasing activity and occupancy reports
- Collaborate with property management and marketing teams
Qualifications
Education & Training
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
- Training in lease negotiation and tenant relations preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer focused approach with excellent interpersonal abilities
- Working knowledge of leasing processes and documentation
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency with CRM and lease management systems
