Description
Liaison Specialist Mid Level - TS
Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a Mid‑Level Liaison Specialist strengthens interagency coordination, stakeholder engagement, and communication across DSSU program offices and external partners. This role develops and presents reports, briefings, and outreach materials; supports requirements collection; and assists in aligning business processes with technology solutions. The Liaison Specialist plays a key role in facilitating collaboration and supporting IT program initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Support stakeholder engagement and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners.
- Develop, maintain, and present reports, briefings, outreach materials, and training content.
- Collect, organize, and document business requirements for development teams.
- Conduct research and perform analytical reviews to identify opportunities for process or system improvements.
- Assist in user acceptance testing, including test execution and documentation of results.
- Facilitate communication across business and technical teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
- Support Senior Liaison Specialists on high‑priority outreach and coordination initiatives.
- Contribute to aligning business processes with technology solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum four years supporting partnerships, interagency coordination, or stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to brief and engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Experience developing reports, briefings, outreach materials, and training content.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct research, analyze findings, and recommend improvements.
- Familiarity with IT program environments and business/technical alignment.
- Active Top‑Secret clearance required
