What You’ll Do

Lead events and activities

• Plan, lead and join activities and events for our residents.
• Bring fresh ideas that reflect residents’ interests, abilities and needs.
• Support resident councils, volunteer programs, outings, special events, transportation and community partnerships.
• Bring team members, volunteers, families, vendors and local partners together to enrich residents’ days.
• Help create meaningful Memory Care events for residents at every cognitive level.

Help communities grow

• Visit communities that could use extra support with calendars, programming, participation and engagement.
• Help build well-rounded programming for Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care and Care Suites.

Step in when it matters most

• Lead Life Enrichment departments during vacancies, leaves of absence or leadership transitions.
• Keep programs, engagement and operations running smoothly while you’re there.
• Help newly hired directors and assistants start strong and settle in.

Be our TSO champion

• Use the TSO Life Enrichment platform for programming, calendars, documentation and engagement.
• Help teams use TSO confidently and consistently so they get the most out of its tools.

What You’ll Bring

• 2–3+ years of Life Enrichment or Recreational Therapy experience in senior living, assisted living, Memory Care or long-term care
• Creativity and energy that make programs and events feel alive
• Experience with Memory Care engagement strategies
• A collaborative style: you build relationships easily and enjoy sharing what you know
• A knack for spotting opportunities and turning them into lasting improvements
• Strong organization, problem-solving and communication skills
• Flexibility and independence: you adapt quickly and connect easily with different teams
• TSO Life Enrichment experience (preferred), with the ability to show others how to use it
• Comfort with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• A valid driver’s license, or the ability to get the one needed to drive community vehicles
• Willingness to travel regularly between assigned communities
