Alila Marea Beach Resort is a Boundless Hotel by Hyatt. It is located in North County, San Diego, just 32 miles north of San Diego International Airport, and central to Encinitas, one of the most charming seaside towns that dot California’s iconic Coastal Highway 101.

Alila Marea combines understated elegance with coastal views from nearly every guestroom. Designed to emulate the surrounding coastal bluff, beach, and ocean, the Resort is framed by natural stone, warm woods, and clean lines for a tranquil retreat with a sublime backdrop.

The Resort features 130 guestrooms, 6,626sq/ft. of meeting space, a full-service Spa, two restaurants (Vaga and Pocket), and one café. High touch barefoot luxury and service are emblematic of the Alila Way.

An intermediate line cook requires good communication and culinary skills. The desired cook candidate will have hotel cooking experience and a culinary degree. An intermediate cook should have a professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. Intermediate cook will work single stations in the kitchen and require significant supervision and training.
