About the role
Heritage Ranch Golf & Country Club, located in Fairview, TX, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Line Cook! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Compensation:
$16.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards

Set up and maintain assigned station before, during, and after service
-
Ensure food is cooked, plated, and garnished correctly and on time

Follow portion control and minimize food waste

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station and kitchen
-
Comply with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations

Communicate effectively with chefs, expo, and kitchen staff

Assist with prep work and restocking as needed
Qualifications
-
Previous line cook or similar kitchen experience preferred

Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment

Ability to work efficiently under pressure

Attention to detail and consistency

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up heavy items

Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
Schedule & Environment

Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
