About the role
The Oasis Club at Champions Gate in Davenport, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Line Cook! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Position Summary:
Executes menu items with precision, consistency, and urgency in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Kitchen Hours:
9 A.M. - 9 P.M.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items to recipe standards.
- Maintain station cleanliness and organization.
- Execute tickets accurately and efficiently.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
- Communicate clearly with kitchen team during service.
Standards & Accountability:
- Maintain professionalism and composure during high-volume service.
- Protect operational standards and guest experience at all times.
- Represent Thirteen’s hospitality culture consistently.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of kitchen operations and cooking techniques.
- Previous Line Cook experience; 2+ Years.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Food safety knowledge required.
- Availability for days, nights, weekends, holidays and peak-event shifts.
