What You'll Do

• Safely run a tractor and flatbed trailer on regional routes, delivering steel, including oversized and unusual loads
• Chain, strap, and tarp every load, and do it right the first time
• Check in and out with your supervisor each day for assignments
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and keep your equipment in top shape
• Keep accurate HOS logs, DVIRs, proof of delivery, and fuel receipts
• Stay in contact with your supervisor, our sales team, and customers
• Report any incidents or safety concerns right away

What You Bring

Required:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Current DOT medical card
• Excellent driving record
• Solid knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards
• Experience securing different types of cargo, including oversized loads
• The strength to chain, tarp, and secure heavy loads in any weather
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Accountability, integrity, and a safety-first mindset

Preferred:

• 2 or more years of driving experience
• 1 or more years of flatbed experience
