M&E Agreement Administrator

What You'll Do

The person in this position will be expected to work with customers to check payment information and policy and then follow a detailed procurement procedure to process several different types of meeting and event contracts electronically. Responsibilities include:

• Review and process event-based contracts through the client’s online application.
• Enter accurate data regarding contract terms, conditions, value and method of payment.
• Engage and educate stakeholders and vendors on payment and procurement policies.
• Ensure all requests are fully aligned with policies from Amex GBT and the client.
• Partner with the procurement and legal teams for approvals and follow ups.

• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to develop relationships with all levels of management
• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Confidence working in a variety of computer applications
• Administrative and process oriented
• Ability to manage many details
• This is a virtual position – a designated in-home workspace with high-speed internet is required 
• Ability to start work at 07.00 to meet global customer needs.
• Written and spoken English is required
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• Preferred Location: Mumbai, Gurgaon, or Bangalore to facilitate cross-team collaboration and client support
