Maintenance Manager

Description

As a Maintenance Manager, you will lead a team of multidisciplinary service partners in delivering critical maintenance services across Apple's campus. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, directly impacting employee productivity and the overall Apple experience.

Minimum Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in facilities maintenance, operations management, overseeing complex maintenance programs, service requests, and compliance processes in a large corporate office environment or similar.
Experience managing external vendors, service level agreements (SLAs), and multidisciplinary service partners.
Direct experience managing work order systems, preventive maintenance programs, and technician performance in a high-demand environment.
Technical background with a Level 6 craft certificate, or equivalent degree/experience in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Proven people management experience with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
Experience utilizing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems), CAFM, or data analytics tools to drive maintenance strategies.
Financial acumen with experience managing contract budgets and tracking OPEX/CAPEX interfaces.
Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new technology and complex workflows.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
